To unlock Captain Fan, you must buy all three Endo Upgrades from Jack-O-Berry within Fazbear Hills. Without their body, they are a gray fan with multiple buttons on a stand. Captain Fan is a spinning fan with a metallic endoskeleton body that originates from Endo 02.
